Heres a recent pic of me looking quite cheerful. Note arms - yep those muscles are coming along pretty well - and floppy stomach, did I say I had stomach muscles? Oops they are just a distant memory these days! I know it looks like I have lots of fat bits but tke it from me, its just the angle of the picture!
